Columbus Crew | 2020 MLS Cup Champions

Inspired by our video a few years ago for the Toronto FC, the Columbus Crew came to AXLE and Baron championship rings looking for a video to match the quality of their championship rings. Unfortunately, due to travel restrictions during the pandemic, we were unable to capture footage in Columbus, however the organization was very helpful and provided us with video assets from their past seasons. Through hours of digging into old footage and following the championship journey of the Columbus Crew, we created an exciting video to celebrate their history making win in their now old stadium. We highlighted key moments of the season and brought fans back through the games as we highlighted the beautiful ring made by Baron Championship Rings. We captured each step of the ring making process and gave Columbus fans a first look at their teams new hardware. The video was played at the opening ceremony and shared on social media generating thousands of impressions online as fans were excited to share the “Making of the Ring” video. With all the pandemic’s limitations we faced during this project, we continued to deliver a quality video and the Columbus Crew was very impressed with the final product.
